Qualifications

• Inbox management: manage, organize, and prioritize a high-volume talent inbox with clear, professional communication.
• Time management: responsive, punctual, and able to meet deadlines while keeping candidate feedback moving.
• Experience in recruiting administration or coordination; sourcing and recruiting experience is a plus.
• An organized, detail-oriented person who loves structure, timelines, and data tracking.
• Ability to juggle scheduling demands and manage multiple projects without dropping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling job descriptions and postings to attract top talent.
• Research and attend job fairs, conferences, and residency/fellowship programs to source candidates.
• Coordinate candidate travel, itineraries, and site visits, including scheduling interviews and events.
• Maintain timely, warm updates to candidates and referring parties throughout the process.
• Manage interviews across multiple departments and keep the recruiting team aligned.
