Duke Health is seeking a highly organized Program Specialist to support the DHIP Provider Integration and Onboarding team. You will coordinate onboarding processes, maintain systems, and support key operational functions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clinicians.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, with strong communication and organizational skills and a passion for supporting clinical teams.

Competenze

• Analytical, communications, and organizational skills typically from a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years postsecondary education with three years’ experience in program administration, access/scheduling, or related roles.
• Equivalent education/experience accepted.

Mansioni

• Coordinate iForms requests for position creation.
• Support requisition creation/tracking in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist with PRMO clinician enrollment packets and documentation submission.
• Maintain onboarding checklists in internal systems (DMR).
• Manage team SharePoint content and updates.
• Coordinate distribution/tracking of new clinician surveys.
• Oversee procurement card reconciliation and clearance processes.
• Support monthly in-person new clinician orientation sessions.
