Job summary

Duke Health Integrated Practice is seeking a highly organized Program Specialist to support onboarding of new clinicians and coordinate related processes within the DHIP Provider Integration team. The role emphasizes system coordination, documentation, and operational support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in onboarding and program administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience in program administration.
Two years of postsecondary education with three years in program operations or related roles.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

Coordinate iForms requests for position creation.
Support requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors.
Assist with PRMO clinician enrollment packets.
Maintain onboarding checklists in internal systems (DMR).
Manage updates/content on team SharePoint site.
Coordinate dissemination and tracking of new clinician surveys.
Oversee procurement card reconciliation and clearance processes.
Provide logistical and administrative support for monthly in-person new clinician orientation sessions.
Support additional onboarding and program operations as needed.
