Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a highly organized Program Specialist to support the DHIP Provider Integration and Onboarding team. This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new clinicians by coordinating processes, maintaining systems, and supporting key operational functions.

Qualifications

• Analytical, communications, and organizational skills are expected.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with onboarding processes or program administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate iForms requests for position creation
• Support creation and tracking of requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors
• Assist with PRMO clinician enrollment packets by collecting required documentation and submitting materials PRMO
• Maintain and update onboarding checklists within internal systems (DMR)
• Manage updates and content on the team SharePoint site
• Coordinate distribution and tracking of new clinician surveys
• Oversee team procurement card reconciliation and clearance processes
• Provide logistical and administrative support for monthly in-person new clinician orientation sessions
• Support additional onboarding and program operations as needed
