• Oversee procurement card reconciliation and clearance processes.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for monthly in-person new clinician orientation sessions.
• Support additional onboarding and program operations as needed.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking ahighly organized and detail-oriented Program Specialist to support the DHIP Provider Integration and Onboarding team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clinicians by coordinating processes, maintaining systems, and supporting key operational functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about supporting healthcare teams.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and facilitate iForms requests for position creation
• Support creation and tracking of requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors
• Assist with PRMO clinician enrollment packets by collecting required documentation and submitting materials PRMO
• Maintain and update onboarding checklists within internal systems (DMR)
• Manage updates and content on the team SharePoint site
• Coordinate distribution and tracking of new clinician surveys
• Oversee team procurement card reconciliation and clearance processes
• Provide logistical and administrative support for monthly in-person new clinician orientation sessions
• Support additional onboarding and program operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Work requires analytical, communications, and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree, OR
• Two years of postsecondary education with three years of experience in program administration, access/scheduling operations, or related roles.
• OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

• Onboarding, Offboarding or program management experience/exposure
• Knowledge of DHIP and/or familiarity with Duke Medicine entities
• Basic Medical terminology knowledge
• Concur experience
• Sharepoint website experience
• Event planning experience

JOB HOURS

The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
