Job summary

You will collect, analyze and report on compensation data, support planning, and help implement improvements under supervision with policy guidance.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel modeling, pivot tables, and clear communication of findings to leadership, staff and faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with five years of related experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with compensation plans and budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and communicate compensation planning processes through data analysis and presentations.
• Develop and deliver guidance on compensation philosophy, structures and market benchmarking.
• Produce accurate reports and models; maintain a provider compensation database.
• Become expert in analytical tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) to advance departmental priorities.
• Analyze and model provider compensation as assigned.
