Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
• 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field, including HR analytics
• 3-5 years of relevant compensation experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills required with proficiency of Microsoft Office suite
• Healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Compile compensation data and metrics for analysis.
• Work with HR to maintain and analyze job descriptions and appropriate wage/salary grade placement.
• Audit data for compliance with job codes and exemptions.
• Plan, conduct and participate in salary surveys to analyze market competitiveness.
• Assist with compiling Staffing and Finance committee reports for compensation recommendations.
• Generate reports/queries using appropriate reporting tools.
