You will transform complex data into concise insights, partner with Finance and Operations, and establish scalable reporting processes.

Based in Downers Grove, IL, this hybrid role emphasizes data integrity, automation, and effective storytelling for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Years of Experience: 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the recurring executive reporting cadence for physician compensation, productivity, market position, trends, variances, and other metrics.
• Translate analyses into concise executive presentations, summaries, and visuals for senior leadership.
• Build repeatable reporting processes, datasets, dashboards, and templates to reduce manual work and improve governance.
• Collaborate with Provider Rewards, Finance, Operations, and data owners to ensure data integrity and timely insights.
• Triage analytical requests from senior leadership, delivering clear recommendations and actionable insights.
