Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with experience in provider compensation, accounting principles, and a track record of building compensation models and pivot tables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus five years progressively responsible related experience.
• Experience working with provider compensation plans.
• Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, build compensation models, create pivot tables, and develop clear reports.
• Experience with general accounting principles and an understanding of Academic Medicine Finances and partner contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation planning via data analysis, insights, and leadership guidance.
• Produce clear, timely reports on compensation benchmarks and programs.
• Develop knowledge base to assist future analysts.
• Gain expertise in analytical tools (e.g., Excel) to advance department goals.
• Analyze and model provider compensation; maintain provider terms database.
