Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Data Services Assistant to execute routine healthcare data entry and support the Finance function. You will engage with underwriting and account management to ensure accurate data delivery and provider directory updates.

The role requires at least 1 year in healthcare or data entry, plus strong skills in Microsoft Office. Arizona residency is preferred, with a full-time on-site schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function.
Supports the Finance department, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists for deliverables.
Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures.
Performs data service intake triage and reviews details to respond to customer/member inquiries.
Conducts regular audits of provider information and escalates issues for swift resolution.
Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
