Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented Data Services support associate to execute routine tasks and assist with provider data handling. You will enter demographic transactions to aid claim adjudication, triage data-service requests, and respond to member inquiries under supervision.

The role requires accuracy, good communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; Arizona residency is preferred. 40 hours weekly, full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Arizona residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication.
• Perform data service intake triage and respond to member inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues to management.
• Support Change Management and Process Optimization initiatives.
