Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Support the Finance department with underwriting and account management deliverables.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions to support claim adjudication.
• Perform data service intake triage and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues to management for resolution.
• Contribute to Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization efforts.
• Follow management directions to understand and execute key workflows.
• Respond to auditor data requests and ensure data integrity.
