Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Data Services assistant to perform routine data entry tasks and support the Finance department. The role involves processing provider directory transactions, handling inquiries, and contributing to data integrity.

You will use Microsoft Office, may work with SQL, and participate in change management initiatives. A high school diploma and at least one year of healthcare/data entry experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication.
• Performs data service intake triage and responds to customer/member inquiries.
• Performs regular audits of provider information and escalates issues to management.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
