Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Data Services support professional to execute routine data entry and related tasks under supervision. The role supports the Finance department and coordinates with Underwriting and Account Management to ensure accurate provider data for claim processing.

Responsibilities include entering demographic transactions, triaging data service requests, and auditing provider information to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication.
• Perform data service intake triage and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues for resolution.
• Support Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization initiatives.
• Respond to auditor data requests and discrepancies.
