Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a full‑time Data Services support role. The position executes routine business tasks, handles data entry, and assists with provider information audits to ensure data integrity.

You will interact with Finance and Underwriting teams to support compliant, timely deliverables. Requirements include 1 year in healthcare or data entry and strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Word, Excel).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions to support claim adjudication.
• Performs data service intake triage and responds to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts audits of provider information and escalates issues to management.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization initiatives.
• Takes direction from management to understand and execute key work area tasks.
