Job summary

CVS Health in Arizona is seeking a full‑time Data Services Support professional to execute routine tasks under supervision and assist the Finance team with underwriting and account management. You will enter baseline demographic data to support claim adjudication and respond to member inquiries.

The role requires at least 1 year in healthcare/data entry and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; candidates residing in Arizona are preferred and SQL/QXNT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year healthcare and/or data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under general supervision.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress.
• Performs data service intake triage, reviewing details to respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information and escalates issues to management for swift resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Takes direction from management to understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
