Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Arizona residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Support the Finance department and interact with underwriting/account management specialists.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions to support claim adjudication.
• Triage data service intake and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Regularly audit provider information and escalate issues for resolution.
• Assist Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization efforts.
