Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Data Services support professional to execute routine business tasks and assist the Finance department with data entry and provider directory maintenance. You will engage with customer/member inquiries and contribute to data integrity across the system.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of healthcare or data entry experience and strong Microsoft Office skills. Arizona residency is preferred for preferred qualification alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with key Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress.
• Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to effectively respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating any issues or concerns to management for swift resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies, in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Takes direction from management to properly understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
