Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Support the Finance department, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions to support claim adjudication.
• Triage data service intake and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues to management.
• Assist Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization activities.
