Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function.
• Support the Finance department with underwriting and account management.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory.
• Triage data service intake and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues to management.
• Assist Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization initiatives.
• Follow management guidance to understand and execute key processes.
• Respond to auditor data requests and discrepancies.
