Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a data services support professional to perform routine business tasks under supervision and assist the Finance department with underwriting and account management collaboration.

Responsibilities include entering baseline demographic transactions for claim adjudication, triaging data service intake, and auditing provider information to ensure data integrity. Strong Excel and Office skills are required, with attention to detail and effective time management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Executes routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under general supervision.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress.
• Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating issues to management for swift resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Takes direction from management to understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
