Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under general supervision.
• Support the Finance department with Underwriting and Account Management activities.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication.
• Perform data service intake triage and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues for resolution.
• Support Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
• Respond to auditor data requests and discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
