Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented data services assistant to execute routine business support tasks and assist the Finance team with underwriting and account management. You will enter baseline demographic data to support claim adjudication, triage data service inquiries, and conduct regular provider data audits.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in healthcare or data entry and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Execute routine Data Services support tasks under supervision.
• Support Finance with underwriting and account management deliverables.
• Enter baseline demographic data to support claim adjudication.
• Triages data service intake and responds to inquiries.
• Audit provider information and escalate issues for resolution.
• Support Change Management and Process Optimization initiatives.
• Follow management direction on key processes and responsibilities.
• Respond to auditor data requests and ensure data integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
