Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Data Services Support professional to help execute routine business tasks within the Finance/Data Services area. You will interact with underwriting and account management specialists to ensure accurate deliverables.

The role involves data entry, provider directory updates, and responding to inquiries with emphasis on data integrity and timely execution. A high school diploma and healthcare data experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Preferred residency in Arizona.
• Experience with SQL and QXNT.
• Intermediate Excel with formulas and large data sets.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to grow and learn with investigative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function.
• Support Finance interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication.
• Perform data service intake triage and respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conduct regular audits of provider information and escalate issues to management.
• Support Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
• Take direction from management to understand and execute key work area processes.
• Respond to auditor data requests and discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
