Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic communication skills and a curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Support the Finance department and interact with Underwriting and Account Management specialists.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions to support claim adjudication.
• Triages data service intake and responds to customer/member inquiries.
• Conduct regular audits of provider information and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
• Respond to auditor data requests and maintain data integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
