Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Resides in Arizona.
• Experience with SQL and QXNT.
• Intermediate Excel with formulas and large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills.
• Curious and investigative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication.
• Performs data service intake triage and responds to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information and escalates issues for resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
• Takes direction from management to understand and execute key work area techniques.
• Responds to auditor data requests and discrepancies to ensure data quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
