Providence seeks a Provider Compensation Consultant for a remote role with eligibility across most states. The role designs compensation structures, ensures market alignment, regulatory compliance, and value-based budgeting to support Providence’s strategic aims.

You will work with HR, Finance, Legal, compliance, and operations to integrate compensation strategies with workforce planning and organizational goals, promoting transparency and responsible risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, HR, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning.
• Design and manage provider compensation programs with FMV and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, compliance, and operations to align compensation with goals.
