Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant who can work remotely from most states. This role shapes and manages provider compensation programs using healthcare economics, analytics and regulatory knowledge to ensure market alignment and FMV.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and operations to integrate compensation with workforce planning, promote transparency with providers, and support recruitment, retention and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, HR, business, finance or related area.
• 3 years in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and project/change management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage provider compensation programs with market benchmarks and FMV.
• Design compensation structures that are fair, competitive and compliant.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and operations to integrate compensation strategy.
