Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant for a remote, nationwide role. The position guides provider compensation through healthcare economics, regulatory compliance, and data analytics to ensure fair, competitive structures aligned with FMV and business goals.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to integrate compensation strategies with organizational priorities, lead plan development, and support recruitment, retention, and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, HR, business, finance or related field.
• At least 3 years in compensation design, finance or related roles with project/change management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage provider compensation programs with focus on FMV and compliance.
• Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and risk management.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and operations to align compensation with organizational goals.
• Lead development and implementation of compensation plans and communicate plans clearly.
