Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a compensation analytics professional to develop, implement, and administer physician compensation models for employed physicians and medical directors. You will lead market studies, analyze productivity, and prepare scorecards and reports for decision-makers across the organization.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare and at least five years of complex analytics experience, with strong project management and communication skills.

• Minimum five years relevant, professional experience including complex analytics.
• Excellent project management skills and strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and administers physician compensation model standards.
• Leads physician compensation market studies from data analysis to recommendations.
• Provides guidance on physician incentive compensation plans and contracts.
• Prepares assigned monthly and standard reports and develops streamlined processes for actual and budget where appropriate.
