Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and improve recurring executive reporting on physician compensation, productivity, and market trends.
• Conduct provider compensation analytics and benchmarking across specialties and departments.
• Build repeatable reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and templates to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Provider Rewards, Finance, and Operations to ensure data integrity and clear storytelling.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions and surface risks/opportunities.
