The Manager partners closely with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand the data, validate unusual results, and surface the operational and financial drivers that matter. The role is distinct from day‑to‑day compensation calculation and administration and is expected to independently determine the most effective analytical approach, reporting cadence, and presentation for assigned questions.
