Responsibilities

• Design, consult, and implement Provider compensation programs
• Analyze healthcare and financial data to support compensation programs
• Develop market position for total cash compensation
• Provide Finnanalytics insights and recommendations on compensation models
• Prepare surveys and present findings to leadership
• Manage templates for individual Provider compensation evaluations
• Collaborate with Human Capital Partners on complex projects
