Job summary

Regional West Health Services seeks an on-site Physician Compensation and Clinic Operations Analyst to ensure accurate provider compensation aligned with FMV, contracts, and organizational strategy. You’ll partner with RWHS Finance, RWPC leadership, and Legal to deliver robust data analytics, modeling, and reporting that drive fair, competitive compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare experience with focus on provider and APP compensation, financial analysis, or benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Review compensation data and maintain provider records for accuracy.
• Administer and reconcile physician and APP compensation according to agreements, productivity models, and incentives.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reconciliation reports showing provider earnings and performance.
• Evaluate new or revised compensation plans to support strategic initiatives and financial sustainability.
• Collaborate with RWHS Finance to support annual budgeting and project provider compensation and benefits expenses.
• Create dashboards and analytics for RWPC leadership highlighting trends in productivity and compensation.
• Resolve inquiries related to compensation formulas and calculations with clear explanations.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding by setting up compensation plans and draw structures.
• Analyze APP-specific compensation models for consistency and standardization.
• Contribute insights to discussions on provider performance and resource alignment.
