Qualifications
- BS/MS in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field with 0–1 years of lab experience.
- Experience with modern bioconjugation chemistry and analytical techniques.
- Experience with instrumentation such as Agilent and ÄKTA HPLC systems, TFF, and UV-Vis spectrometry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and validate proteins and protein conjugates at production scales.
- Design, plan, and perform protein conjugation experiments for in vitro and in vivo evaluations.
- Support purification, buffer exchange, and QC of protein conjugates using UV-Vis spectroscopy and HPLC.
- Maintain laboratory infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
