• Hands-on experience with protein chemistry including FPLC, HPLC, and TFF.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Purify and characterize protein bioconjugates to support in vitro and in vivo studies.
• Develop and optimize methods for preparation and purification of bioconjugates.
• Generate protein bioconjugates using a range of conjugation chemistries.
• Characterize conjugates using SEC-HPLC, SDS-PAGE, and mass spectrometry.
