Qualifications

• BS/MS in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field with 0–1 years lab experience.
• Experience with bioconjugation chemistry and analytical techniques.
• Experience with chromatography and protein analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and validate proteins and conjugates at production scales.
• Plan and perform protein conjugation experiments for in vitro and in vivo evaluations.
• Support purification, buffer exchange, QC of protein conjugates using UV-Vis spectroscopy and HPLC.
• Maintain laboratory infrastructure and equipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate results.
• Assist in optimizing inventory for proteins and conjugates.
• Meet quality, quantity, and timeline expectations for projects.
