Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a high volume of outbound calls and interviews with prospective students, providing complete and accurate information about programs, outcomes, services and finances.
• Manages workflows to maintain regular outreach and follow-up with prospective, interviewed, and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Updates the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact and coordinates with the Student Finance team for next steps.
