Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to provide timely, accurate information to prospective and enrolled students and guide them through interviews and matriculation.

The role involves high-volume outreach, collaboration with Student Finance, and updating the student information system. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students to provide complete and accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
• Maintain active outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to communicate next steps and financial considerations.
