Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide complete and accurate information regarding programs, outcomes, services and costs.
• Schedule interviews and manage enrollment through matriculation.
• Update the Student Information System with notes after each contact.
• Collaborate with the Student Finance team and other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and ethics and meet performance goals.
