Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. seeks an Enrollment Services Associate to drive timely, accurate information delivery and superior customer service to prospective and enrolled students.

You will schedule interviews, share program details, outcomes and financial considerations, and guide candidates toward enrollment. You will also follow up through matriculation, learn campus programs, and coordinate with Student Finance to ensure clear communications and next steps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume customer service experience.
• Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students.
• Provide complete information on programs, outcomes, services and costs.
• Maintain accurate notes in the Student Information System.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to assist students with enrollment decisions.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
