Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate information and excellent service.

The role involves scheduling interviews, guiding applicants through program options, and following through to matriculation. You will collaborate with Student Finance, update the SIS with notes after each contact, and help applicants navigate timelines and required documents before starting classes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Associate's degree or higher.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students.
• Provide complete and accurate information regarding programs, outcomes, student services, and finances.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
• Coordinate with Student Finance to assist enrollment decisions.
