Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to provide timely, accurate information to prospective and enrolled students and deliver excellent customer service. The role includes scheduling and conducting interviews, guiding candidates through program details, outcomes, and finances while ensuring accurate enrollment decisions.

You'll follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through matriculation, and collaborate with the Student Finance team to relay

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance in recruiting activities and communication of program information
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals
• Manage workflows for outreach and matriculation through to enrollment
• Learn campus program offerings to communicate accurate information
