Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Superior organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, providing complete information about programs and financial considerations.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Maintain accurate notes in the Student Information System after each contact.
• Communicate with campus departments to balance interviews and enrollment follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and college ethics in all activities.
