Job summary

You will schedule and conduct interviews, explain programs, outcomes, student services and financial considerations, guiding candidates toward enrollment. The role emphasizes outbound calling, data entry in the Student Information System, meeting performance metrics, and collaboration with the Student Finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conducts high-volume outreach calls and interviews with prospective students to share program details and enrollment eligibility.
• Ensures accurate information on programs, outcomes, services, and financing for prospective students.
• Documents interactions in the Student Information System after each contact.
• Meets or exceeds performance metrics and enrollment goals.
• Collaborates with Student Finance to explain tuition options and next steps.
• Follows up with interviewed and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Maintains knowledge of all campus program offerings for accurate communication.
• Works in a team to support campus goals and cross-department communication.
• Exhibits urgency to move applicants through the enrollment process.
