Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate information and exceptional customer service.

You will schedule interviews, convey program details, financial considerations, and next steps, and follow up with applicants through to matriculation. The role involves high-volume outreach and close collaboration with the Student Finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a high volume of outbound calls and interviews with prospective students, providing complete and accurate information regarding educational programs, outcomes, services, and finances while determining enrollment suitability.
• Schedules interviews and guides students through enrollment steps with accurate information.
• Maintains regular outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Updates the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
• Collaborates with Student Finance and campus teams to facilitate informed enrollment decisions.
