Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products.
• 1 year of customer service experience, including resolving issues.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers to identify project opportunities and drive growth.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers' needs by learning scope, timelines, and materials.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
• Prospect for new Pro customers by walking the sales floor and reviewing Top Accounts.
• Leverage inventory programs to win sales when items are unavailable in-store.
• Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Utilize training platforms to stay updated and improve selling skills.
