Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or relevant customer facing experience.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Receive training in selling, account management, and territory planning.
• Learn Herc Rentals’ product portfolio and engage customers in the field.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives to observe customer interactions.
• Assist with outreach and revenue growth within assigned territories.
• Gain exposure to branch operations, logistics, and customer service.
