Herc Rentals is expanding its ProSales Associate program for early careers in sales. You will join the Black and Gold Academy, gaining structured training in selling, account management, and territory planning while shadowing experienced reps in the field.

The program includes exposure to operations, logistics, and multiple specialized services, with a clear path to a Territory Sales Representative role after completion.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Recent graduates or early career candidates encouraged to apply.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Black and Gold Academy for sales development.
• Receive training in selling skills, account management, territory planning.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives in the field.
• Visit customer sites with experienced sales leaders to understand project needs.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation, and supporting revenue growth.
• Learn branch operations, including equipment processes, logistics, and customer service.
• Prepare for full-time placement into a Territory Sales Representative role after program completion.
• Gain visibility with leadership and coaching toward career growth.
