Herc Rentals Inc. in California is launching the ProSales Associate program, an early career sales initiative within the Black & Gold Academy.

The twelve-month program trains you in professional selling, account management, and territory planning, with a path to a Territory Sales Representative role. You will shadow experienced reps, visit job sites, and gain hands-on exposure to equipment solutions, logistics, and customer engagements, with opportunities for advancement within a Fortune 1000

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and visit customer job sites to observe sales practices.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation, and supporting revenue growth within territories.
• Learn core branch operations, logistics, and customer service functions.
